Run Flow after building so that it actually runs properly in a CI run. It seems like there's a bunch of "module not found" if you run a Flow check before building, even after running "npm install".

Removed `@flow` annotation from files that don't actually pass Flow check at the moment. These will be added back file by file once the files are properly converted to use Flow.
