60713f0e5f Speed up constructor spreads. 
Replace slow .bind with manual .create+.apply.
Gives up to 19x speed up depending on browser.

a69f095720 Fix runtime injection in Web Worker. 
Web Workers don't have `window` object but they have `self`
(which is available in regular windows as well).
