## Current Behavior

- between this.tasksSchedule.scheduleNextTasks() and
this.tasksSchedule.nextTask(), scheduledTasks are different when in
parallel, so when calling `processAllScheduledTasks`, it does not
process the all scheduled tasks, so it did not populate env.
