## Current Behavior
Nx allows running atomized tasks (like `e2e-ci`) anywhere.
## Expected Behavior
Nx allows running atomized tasks (like `e2e-ci`) only in distributed
environments like Nx Agents or DTE. We'll leave that actual check to nx
cloud but in the default runner, we'll throw an error.
It's possible to escape from this with an env var.

- Adds docs for the new bitbucket data center integration + auth
- Refactors some of the other integration docs to be consistent with
each other and link to the Helm repo where possible
The new Nx Cloud onboarding flow is to run `nx connect` and follow the
prompts. There's no need to explain beyond that in the docs since the
flow is prone to changes in nx.app.

## Update Nx Cloud Resource Class Documentation
Documents the docker_linux_arm resource classes in
`launch-templates.md`. No changes to the images are required.
