cleanup(angular): remove deprecated options from the ngrx generator ( #7404 )

BREAKING CHANGE:
The deprecated options `onlyAddFiles` and `onlyEmptyRoot` from the `ngrx` generator were removed,
`skipImport` and `minimal` should be used instead.
